Activity & Exercise
This view shows how your activity metrics move together over time, so you can see whether your overall activity is trending up or down.
These metrics use very different units, so each line is shown relative to your first month (set to 100). A line at 120 means that metric is 20% higher than when your data began; below 100 means lower. Lines rising together mean your overall activity is trending up.
Heart & Recovery
Each line is shown relative to your first month (=100) so metrics on different scales sit together. Watch the direction: a falling resting heart rate and a rising HRV or VO₂max both usually mean improving fitness and recovery — the two moving that way together is the encouraging pattern.
Sleep
These views focus on sleep quality and regularity: how consistent your schedule is, how weekdays compare with weekends, and how efficient your nights are.
Average hours asleep on weeknights vs weekend nights. On weekends you go to bed about 119 min earlier and sleep 40 min less. A large weekend catch-up (“social jet lag”) usually points to not getting enough sleep during the week.
Sleep efficiency = time asleep ÷ time in bed, averaged per month. Higher is better: it means less time lying awake. Below ~85% often means trouble falling or staying asleep.
Body & Vitals
Body metrics use different units, so each line is shown relative to your first month (=100). This makes it easy to spot which measurements are drifting up or down — and which move together — regardless of their scale. A line that stays near 100 has barely changed.
Menstrual Cycle
Each bar is one completed cycle's length in days; the dotted line is your median. Bars of similar height mean regular cycles; large swings between them indicate irregularity.
Your average temperature on each day of the cycle, combining all cycles. A sustained rise in the second half is the normal post-ovulation (biphasic) pattern.
Averages by cycle phase
Each mini-chart shows one metric averaged across the three cycle phases (menstrual, follicular, luteal), so you can see how sleep, HRV, activity and temperature shift through your cycle.
How your metrics interact
This section examines how your behaviours line up with one another — how exercise relates to your sleep, and how your sleep relates to next-day recovery. These are patterns in your own data: they show what tends to occur together, not proof that one causes the other.
Each bar is how strongly a daily habit tracks with that night's sleep. Longer bar = stronger link. Blue points right = goes with MORE sleep; red points left = goes with LESS. Associations from your own data, not proof of cause.
Your average sleep grouped by that day's exercise minutes. If the bars rise from left to right, more exercise tends to go with more sleep. n = number of nights in each group.
Average sleep on nights after a morning, afternoon, or evening workout. Taller bar = more sleep after workouts at that time. n = nights.
Average sleep on nights following each workout type (types with at least 5 nights). Compare the bars to see which activities line up with your best sleep. n = nights.
HRV the next morning is a recovery signal — higher usually means better recovered. Each bar shows how strongly a habit tracks with it. Blue right = goes with better recovery; red left = worse. Association, not cause.
